About NGO Mac

NGO Mac was founded in 2025 by south Louisiana native and LSU graduate Richard Fischer. Richard served as Executive Director/CEO of a non profit trade organization for more than 6 years, specializing in political advocacy. In this initiative, Richard would like to bring his institutional knowledge of how non profits operate as well as how to navigate Louisiana politics to additional clients.
